I was using the plex pass for the lyrics but it now appears that thwy have just stopped working altogether. Literally the only thing that has changed is a server update a few days ago.
Stopped as in they are no longer there or they are there, but they do not show in the client? Which client are you using and have you tried another?
Stopped as in… 70% of my music collection doesn’t have them (the ones I have tried). Certain somgs that did have them no longer do have them either
Can you provide an example of an artist/album/song combo that did have lyrics but doesn’t now? Also, please provide the XML from Plex Web for that song.
A fine example would be the likes of “Post Malone - Better Now” from the album “Beer bongs and bentleys”

I just added this track and I was able to see lyrics so I’m not sure why you don’t.
Please refresh the artist and provide me the full log package.

How would I grab the log for just that file please?
The title of the album is slightly different in your screen shots so maybe it matched to a different album and the track isn’t matched up properly to find the lyric. That’s why I would like to see the XML so I can check what it got matched too.
You can get the XML by looking at the list of tracks and clicking on the 3 dots to the right and selecting “get info”, then “view xml” in that window.
I managed to find the xml and have sent it to yourself

That is from your XML. That indicates that the track has not been matched. The posters and any text you see are probably coming from the embedded data but PMS hasn’t matched it to the agent to then be able to find lyrics.
Refresh the artist then get me the PMS logs (entire package) so I can check why it didn’t match.
