I added my wife no problem as soon as I bought my Plex Pass about a month ago, Then I tried adding my mother yesterday and it wiped out my wife and mother, now I am unable to add them back anymore. Any help would be appreciated, Thank You Redwolf
Are you trying to add existing accounts to your Plex Home or create Managed users?
I setup accounts for both my wife and mother, Then added them as existing users. Thanks for the reply @BigWheel
If they are regular accounts, they have to accept the invite into the Home. They can accept from the email they receive or from the same Users page in Web app when they are logged in. ( if you have their username password do this from an incognito window or a different device, else who is currently logged in can get confusing)
Are they even receiving the email? or are you getting some sort of error message when trying to add them
Well that could explain a lot, they get the email, but when I click accept invite, it allows them to login, when they do or I should say I log them in it doesn’t accept the invite. And on my account it still shows them as pending. May have to try incognito tabs for them then.
