I am trying to add my pictures as a plex library. Web Plex does not see that folder when I am using NVIDIA Shield as the server, But when I use the Qnap as my server it sees the folder. I want to use the shield because it supports more simultaneous feeds (at least in my experience). See below. I’m trying to ad the Pictures folder.

When you mounted the NAS to the Shield, did you use a user that has permission to see the pictures folder?

Yes, I had.
I actually figured it out. I don’t know why it happened. I ended up just unmounting and remounting the drive and it saw it right away.

Did you possibly add those other folders after you mounted the drive on the Shield? I’m just wondering if maybe the mount information didn’t update so the Shield didn’t see the folders created after the mount.
