Hello!
My 20% off coupon code for use in the Western Digital store is not working. I’ve tried both codes on the U.S. and it keeps saying they are no longer valid.
I’ve been on the phone with Western Digital four times today trying to get this sorted out. They even generated a 25% off coupon for me (yay), but it didn’t work either (no yay).
If anyone has had any luck or an admin can assist with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Keep in mind, 99% of the time “Coupon Codes” cannot be combined with other offers. WD had a lot on sale today for Black Friday, so you would not have been able to take advantage of it… you may wish to wait and find something not on sale…
I’ve been having the same issue except my code worked when tested it to check the price. I didn’t buy anything yet and the drives I want aren’t on sale. If anyone figures this out or who to contact I would appreciate it if you let us know.
Also want to note that I e-mailed plex support a few days ago and have not received any response. And I called wd and was told that they couldn’t do anything and I would have to contact plex. Also I went back and tried several other items that were clearly not on sale and the code still said “not valid”.
I have had the same problem with my discount code.
