I have a THE TIDAL HiFi Plus with Plex Pass" but i cant get access to any of plex pass features such as download or skip intro , any way I talked to u guys on twitter and u said my subscription should make get access to plex pass features , please help me

No I don’t
Plex Pass only gives these features (downloading, intro/credit skip) to your own content (or content owned by others). A Pass gives no benefits to Plex’s own free movies/shows offerings other than access to the mobile apps for free.
