Ive been trying to get a solid answer for a bit and my question is. With plex pass does it enable trailers for my library. Not pre roll trailers of upcoming movies but before i watch a movie i want to be able to watch trailers for movies already in my libary. Again so as an example. If i go to plex and wanna watch “dark knight” is there and option to watch the dark night trailer before?

Yes. However, trailers are not available for all movies. See Cinema Trailers, Extras, & Related Albums → Have Plex Automatically Add Trailers & Extras For You.
The implementation seems inconsistent across clients.
For the movie The Dark Knight Rises, the trailer is not available on my Nvidia Shield (Android TV). It is available on Android Mobile, LG Plex app, and Plex for Windows. The Premiere Footage is available on the Shield.

The Android TV app has a dedicated trailer button. If you see the trailer in other apps it should have the button next to the play button.
