Plex pass Trailers and extras unrecognized file format

Hello.

Sorry for my poor English

I´m a new user of Plex Pass , I have installed plex server in a HP Proliant and I had multiple clients ,Windows , OSX , IOS , Rasplex .

When I´m going to play any trailer or any extra I have the same answer in all my devices

I don´t know wich is the problem because I actived all options in plex server about extras and trailers.

Anybody can help me?

But when I play to one of the In my Samsung devices for example show this message:

I know which was the problem

I had a bit delay in Windows clock , now I can play the trailers and extras.
