Shut down your Plex server(s) for a few minutes. Then start it up again.
Same with your Plex client devices.
That way they are forced to contact plex.tv and get informed about your new Plex Pass.

You currently have Remote Access enabled through a manually-specified port. If you wish to disable Remote Access, you will need to remove your manual port forwarding from your router.
That is only affecting remote access (and it might be a false error anyway)
Can you now access all your server’s settings again?

Is your modem really just that – a modem? Or is it a router on its own. In this case you’ll either have to
- switch the modem it into ‘bridge mode’
- create a manual port forwarding in both devices
i don’t know how to switch modem to bridge mode
the modem also have a wireless connection
Then I am pretty certain that it is a “router” in its own right.
Try to get a user manual for it.
