Plex Pass not working to stream over the internet.

I installed plex windows server 9.16.06. I purchased plex pass. I setup Settings>Server>Remote Access>
I forwarded the port on my router and it says “Fully accessible outside your network”
However, when I try to stream outside my network, none of my devices can see the server (local devices can see the server)
Although I am not trying to sync my remote devices, I did notice under Status>Sync it says “The server needs a Plex Pass to use sync.” LEARN MORE.
When I click LEARN MORE, it takes me to my account subscriptions page and it says “You have a shiny Plex Pass.”
I also noticed when comparing my account to a friend’s account, that under Settings>Devices>All
I can see all my remote devices Except I can not see my server. When looking at my friend’s account settings, he can see all of his remote devices AND he can see his server.

I have signed in and out multiple times, rebooted, and uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Any help would be infinitely appreciated.

Did you sign your server into plex? On the computer running Plex Media Server, open a browser and go to 127.0.0.1:32400/web and sign in to plex.

And remember that the sign in needed in this case is found under settings, per the help article

https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200484543-Enabling-Remote-Access-for-a-Server

This is done under the Settings > Server > General area. Signing in is required before you’re able to try enabling remote access.
