Plex Photo Scanner crashing when scanning .tif photos

My Plex server keeps crashing every time I scan photos. I traced it down to 5 photos that are .tif format. I used to use Plex in the pas on Open Media Vault with no issues, why is my windows version of Plex server is crashing scanning the 5 .tif files that I have? Any help would be appreciated.

I have one question why my picture folder doesn’t accept pictures and they look like the picture below.
