Plex play stops video playbe after about 1 min on Samsung tab S7+ and S22 Ultra

Plex stops the video playback after about 1 min, it works fine on Samsung TV and iPhone, Sony Android TV and LG TV. Youtube, Netfilx, Amazon etc play fine on the Tablet, I’ve tried changing the vide quality settings etc
The server is installed on a Synology 920s I’ve added extra RAM and SSD cache.
Anyone any ideas?

Did you pay the one time $5 fee to unlock the mobile app?

If you don’t want to pay the fee, use a web browser to access Plex.

No I didnt see anything about a one off fee, is that within the appstore or a plex thing?

It’s within the Plex app. Check Settings → Account. It’s not Plex Pass as that’s a subscription.

Ahh, OK, top right(of the app) three dots, choose activate Plex.
Pops up with Plex Pass, and at the bottom it has activate for $9.49, make a one-time purchase to allow unlimited playback from your personal media servers.
I’ll try that tonight when I’m home.
