can someone please confirm if this is some global issue with PLEX, my TV, h.265 or just some combination of these?
Sometimes some movies make picture artefacts in bottom side of picture. It is probably issue with videos that are h.265. But I still can not confirm that 100%. I have TV Sony Bravia KD-65XF8596 with latest PLEX media server and latest plex android player app. There is probably no issue with video file because its caused only on TV and there is no issue if I play same file with another device like my phone or PC (even from same PLEX Server).There is no issue even with same file on TV with external USB drive.
