Plex plays wrong movie

Dear Community,
I just installed plex server on Debian 12.9 and added my media via nfs share from my NAS.
Now I have the strange phenomenon, that when I click to play a movie, a complete different movie starts playing. Naming is correct, and also the media infoemation is correct. The movie is linked correctly to the file, but still it plays a different movie.
Please I need help here. I already tried a complete new installation, but it is still the same.
It happens only for movies and not for TV-Shows.
Any help is very appreciated.

The movie is linked correctly to the file, but still it plays a different movie.

If it’s linked to the right named movie file then the NAS is sending the wrong data.

This means the NAS’ filesystem got damaged somehow (abrupt power failure?).
I would have it check the file system(s) and RAID integrity

After that, EDIT the folders list for each library section. CONFIRM they are correct. FORCE a Scan Files & Refresh All Metadata

Do you have the client set to automatically play a movie trailer before movies?

Thanks for the hint. In deed the trailer option was set. That’s odd. Why is it set as a default.
I unset it and now it works as it should.
