Plex Player for Mac stops every 12 minutes with this error in the log

Server Version#: 1.24.3.5033 (Synology)
Player Version#: 1.33.0.2444-a220eae4 (Mac)

I don’t have any issues with direct play or even streaming to other devices remotely. For some reason, when I remote stream to my Mac it will buffer about 10-13 minutes worth of video and then the playback will just stop as if the current video ended. It goes to the screen waiting to start the next video.

This is the error I get right when it happens:

"type": "log:message",
"level": 3,
"message": "[QWebChannel(system.set)] sleepEnabled: {\"errorCode\":0,\"result\":{\"sleepEnabled\":{\"errorCode\":0,\"result\":null}}}",
"time": "2021-09-21T20:08:21.707Z"

Not sure what this is trying to tell me. I have Terminate paused sessions set to 0 and I don’t see any sleep settings.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Joe

Kinda same problem, see my post.

Plex for Mac keeps crashing after Mac OS update BigSur 11.6

A manual update to 1.35.1.2632-c6783c78 seems to have fixed the issue to me.

Based on the error string on my fourth crash, it looks like it was failing trying to download the update.

Thanx bro, seems to work so far. If it fails again I will report back.
Big thanx again
