For me I avoid the HD-MA 7.1 channel audio, use 5.1 channel audio

I’m not convinced that is the problem as I do have 4K Videos that play fine using TrueHD 7.1.

An update…I just tried an Amazon Fire Stick 4K with the Plex app and both Avengers: Endgame and Captain Marvel played flawlessly on my 65"! From the looks of it we have an LG WebOS/Plex compatibility issue or the issue resides squarely with the WebOS version.

All of them are 10 bit including the ones that work and the ones that don’t.

I have a brand new 2019 60" LG smart tv, I was looking for a solution to stream 4K HDR video’s I download, but now I see this is a problem its a good job as I was just about to shell out for lifetime plex plus for the media server.

I hope this gets sorted soon.
