I am testing Plex with an MP4 video file that is encoded in 1080P. When attempting to stream this file to the Plex app on my Roku Ultra it seems to be forcing into 480P. Everywhere I can see, it is set to 1080P for playback quality.
Plex is running on a laptop, and playing the file from an external HDD connected with USB-C. The laptop containg the Plex server and the Roku box are on the same network (and about 6’ apart right now).
If I check the dashboard in the server it shows its transcoding 1080P (HEVC) to SD (H264). Am I missing a setting or something?
