Plex player picture as if disc was corrupted

I burned my back to the future disk, but when I started playing it on the plex server it had some weird glitching. Here is a video showing what is happening https://youtu.be/-pYsNwwtlx0

I tried to change the quality from 4k HDR to 1080p, which solved the problem, but sadly that’s not what I want, I want the crisp 4k quality. My guess would be that there is a problem with the HDR plex video playback on my Samsung smart tv.

Is there a way to solve this while still having 4k at least?

No, it’s not, because I’m playing the movie in original quality

Quality changes are not the only thing that can trigger transcodes. You should use the playback info display to check if any transcodes are taking place.
