Plex player split Lost in Space TV series into two series, the original and the new. Help

I hope this is the correct place. I have a folder properly labeled. The Folder is Lost in Space
The first sub folder is Season 01, then Season 02 and 03. Under each folder the episodes are labeled correctly… S01E01 Reluctant Stowaway, etc. This is the ORIGINAL 1965 series. I added the folder to the server, but when I go to my player on Roku the strangest thing happened. The series is split into 2 separate player folders. The first is the original series, but under it is only season 02 The second everything is labeled as the new series from Netflix and the episodes are renamed to the new series with photos of the new series. Yet it is only season 01 and 03 (and an extra folder 04 which ids extras from the original series) This did not do this before but when I refreshed all metadata

Can you post screenshots of your file/folder structure, and what you are seeing in your browser?

You can select both shows (circle on top left of poster) and merge the fix match if it merges to wrong one. What you described in naming seems fine but it would be good as mentioned to know the exact naming and folder structure. If MP4 files with bad embedded metadata it might be messing thing up
