How is that possible? Trouble organizing library

Hello, first of all I would like to thanks Plex for everything it made possible that I didnt have before it.
So, about the problem, My computer broke, I lost metadata, now Im trying to organize library again, and I’m having a huge problem I can’t solve alone.
To make things simple I will just paste an image, if anyone can help me, because I’m about to lose my mind

here is the picture:

??? I tried inumerous things but I can’t split the files, to epi 1 season 1 go the way its suppose and epi 1 season 2 do the same.

Have you already tried to clean the file names so they match the official schema?
e.g.

P:\Meu Drive\Animes    <- the folder linked to your library
  Nisekoi
    Season 01
      Nisekoi - s01e01.mkv

    Season 02
      Nisekoi - s02e02.mkv

• try to use 2-digit season numbers (except the season has more than 2 digits) – minor but might helpp causing some mixup
• include the show name in the episode file names
• given this is mkv files, embedded metadata should not have an impact
• make sure there’s no missing / extra folder levels (e.g. don’t point your library at Meu Drive)

I think you nailed it. Different from the Movies agent, the Series one doesn’t allows us to have sub-levels and will consider all those subfolders as one.

I just want to split this files, they are merged in season 1 epi 1
Season 2 is juts not showing up

Yes, they are nailed, how to deploy?
I have 200 other shows that most of them have subfolders and the seasons are correct, but this one was separate season 1 as the anime and season 2 didnt have any match, then I put on the same folder, renamed everything but it continues nailed, I dont see the split apart option

Is your Animes library pointing to P:\Meu Drive\Animes as suggested above ?
Try unmatching that show and matching it again

Ok, well done… now take a screenshot of your show - like this:

Remove the show from the library
Scan Library

Empty Trash:

Repair the names so they ALL look like S02E01 - give them all the show name…
(like it looks in my image)(you don’t need the episode name)
Nisikoi - S02E01.mkv is fine.

When you have all those fixed in Season 01, Season 02 and Specials

Go to Server/Settings/Troubleshooting
Clean Bundles

When that has finished - move the show back to the Library
Scan Library

Let’s hope that fixed it.

Question:
Are all your files mkv files?
or
Do you have some mp4 files?

Alright I will try this, yes everything is mkv, how do I show the extension in explorer? I couldnt find

‘Uncheck’ “Hide Extensions…”.

Always use the show name
Always have the names correct before you add to the library

FileBot names everything BEFORE it goes on the server.
