I am a bit surprised that even tough this issue is known a while now, the software update causing it is still distributed!?
I am more surprised that we’re literally paying for this software and they seem to be ignore us and not giving a load. Any kind of update would be nice but no employees have chimed in and actually said that they are looking into the issue. They have simply asked for log files, which we have all provided but we haven’t heard anything since.
