Plex playing wrong file for a movie Only for User Admin

Server Version#: 1.21.0.3616 (on Qnap Server)
Player Version#: Only on Safari Browser version, Mac App (1.23.0.1435-e10e14cf) on iMac and Macbook Air Laptop
Server logs#: (File removed)

Hi

The next would be the problem:

When I play a movie it shows another one, but only for User Admin. i have 5 user, for all user it works properly, only for me not. But only Movies, Tv Serie works perfectly.

Work for me on iPhone, iPad , Appletv end 2 television tested
Dont work on Safari, iMac (With mac app) And on Macbook air (also mac app)

I tried a lot of things:

Stop Plex on Qnap, Restart Nas Server.
Refresh library, Log out, Authenticated devices and I Authenticated again.
I tried move the library out of place and back and scan again and many more…

but unfortunately all failed

However:

library management/editing menu item/ advanced/Search for extras clear check mark /

Refresh library
metadata update
Trash Delete

Then it works. But without extras :frowning:

Can Someone Help Where The Problem Is And How I Could Remedy It?

PS: Sorry for me English, I Write Almost Everything with Translate.

Gonna need server and player logs after it does this. if clearing extras fixes it then it sounds like it is actually playing a trailer before the movie.

which server log file do you mean? On Qnap? And if so, where do I find it?
And where can I find the player log file?

When i Play Movie play not trailer , PLay another movie random. i Have many Movie, I tested it a lot. and always plays someone else.

can you please reproduce the issue when only you are using it and playing something with your account in the web browser app and tell me what you are trying to play and what actually plays. in your log there seems to be multiple people playings things at the same time.

Im trying playing Akira, and actually play Harmony (US).

always something different! Now i trying play again Akira and actually play Promare (US Trailer 2) . then I tried again, with akira and actually play Spriggan. and after another try, he already plays Appleseed.

Can you grab the XML for Akira and one of the other files. Info on how to get the xml here

however, this problem affects all movies in the database. movies only. Series work seamlessly. and only for admin user. and only through mac destop application and browser report the error. Can’t the agent be the problem? Because if I disable the loading of extras it works properly.

maybe but only happening in one app. ( the web and desktop app are both basically the same in that regard.)

is this disabled in the player settings
