Plex playlist management

SO I have this idea the other day… I have a collection of video karaoke songs which has 2 audio tracks and I want to use Plex to play these videos on my next Karaoke Party…

The trouble is, there is not an easier way to reserve the song for the guests… I tried Plex playlist and use Plex android app to add to the current playlist but once it’s played, it’s remained on the list and there are other issues…

I’m thinking of creating a custom playlist and write an app that could get the list of video titles from this Karaoke library, then guest could reserve the song they want to sing by add it to the “custom” playlist in Plex… once the video finished playing, it’d be removed from the list (how to do that?) and so on…

Is this even possible? Is there an API to manage Plex playlist?

When deleting an item in a playlist, enable the debugger in like Chrome to see what call is needed

I tried and still couldn’t figure out… Chrome debugger isn’t so clear of what’s going on
