Twice now, I’ve had a local ATSC station do upgrades and change Tx frequency. Recanning or dropping and re-adding tuner does not update the channel info. Previously, I spent many hours fighting this and finally resorted to the rather drastic fix suggested by @eric_11 in post V4l failing to create compound device. Today, I discovered (at least it sure seems) that a simple Optimize Database flushes the old channel data so the new data takes effect. Could Plex please take a look at this? The database should be properly flushed/updated as part of the rescan process or deleting tuners. It could save others from a lot of wasted time and frustration. Attn: @BigWheel
