I have been a user of PLEX server for a couple years through Roku and it seems with each update you make the Interface worse and worse. Not only is it clunky with input delay and response that is terrible. But it gets more and more confusing to get to your media.
Plex used to be a streamlined nice media server and now it seems the direction has been to make it a terrible streaming service which is not needed as there is already enough streaming services in the market. What is needed is a good home media server software, and your quickly moving away from that focus.
This latest update in 2019 is just a shame.
I am sure there are many others who just quit, and don’t bother to write.
