Plex / Plexamp Apps for iOS 15.4 do not display m4a (ALAC) song titles

BUG: Plex 1.27.1.5916 Unable to Properly Parse Track Title Data on ALAC files

Server Version#: 1.27.1.5916 Player Version#: 1.46.1.3056-ab91bdc0 I first saw this around version 1.27.0.5897. Plex Media Server is unable to process track data for some tracks resulting in the track titles being missing in PlexAmp and Plex Web for select tracks.
