I am currently running the latest version of the plex media server on my mac. I have been a user now for a few years so the fact that I am having this strange problem is not a file naming convention problem. Below you will see that the initial file library scan does not always bring in the poster under the category, however, when I click the file the metadata for the poster will then load and everything is fine but to fix it I have to click into the file first. Another strange fact is I have an “All Movies” category that feeds the “Latest Added” on the dashboard metadata loads perfectly fine here for the same movies however the same movie in its category say “Action” is not loaded until I click it as said above. I appreciate any feedback someone can give me on this very strange problem
