Posters, Banners and Metadata issues

I re-built my plex media server from scratch. Everything worked fine before, i just wanted to categorise all the movies. Therefore I haven’t changed any filing names other than putting them into categories.

I have linked all the libraries together and 98% of Movies and TV-Shows work fine - they collect the correct poster, background and metadata, but a few shows and movies don’t, including the new ones.

I have refreshed metadata but that hasn’t worked.

Can someone help?

I find it pretty annoying that I’m a plex pass customer but there is no premium support.

I’ve fixed the permission issue but its still giving me grief.

I use Sonarr for (tv-shows) and Radarr for movie management. SABNZBD is for downloading. I manually categorise them. Do you know of an automated way i can do this?
