I’ve had plex For a long while and not experienced this before, I have a large number of media files and usually updating automatically adds posters. Now when plex updates metadata nothing shows against the movie and I have to click the pencil then select from multiple posters, click save and done and poster appears. Is there a setting somewhere I have changed? I would like posters to update automatically

Which log is best, I’ve downloaded and there are loads, imdb1,2,3 … localmedia1,2,3… movieposterdb1,2,3… fan art tv, themoviedb1,2,3… , lots of scanners, deep analysis, chapter thumbnails, system logs, about 48meg?!
