PLEX problem not accessible - Synology Diskstation accessible ... Why?

I can not understand why the Synology diskstation is accessible from the outside (DSFile etc …), while Plex is not accessible from the outside but only in direct WI-FI connection.
In addition to the PLEX on Synology, I also have a plex on the Mac that also acts as a server and with the Mac no problem of access from the outside.
You help me …

If you enable Remote Access (Settings - Server - Remote Access) it will be remotely accessible.

The plex on the MacBook i can setup the remote connection but i’ve an Synology ds218play with Alpha Release Ane i can’t open the setup.
What can i do to setup the Plex remote connection in synology 218play?
