Plex PS4 not advancing between music tracks

A couple of weeks ago Plex on my PS4 stopped advancing between tracks while playing music. This is true whether I am playing my iTunes music library directly through Plex or via the iTunes channel. Essentially a track will play in its entirety, then Plex will pause until I either hit play again or skip ahead to the next track.

FWIW, my server is an older Mac Pro running Plex 0.9.16.6 on OS 10.7.5, iTunes 12.4, cabled via ethernet. My PS4 reports Plex is is up to date, and it is running the latest firmware (3.5?). None of my other remote clients have this issue (iPad, iPhone, Roku), and video playback seems to work normally.

Anybody else having this issue? I’ve always had an issue where the pause between tracks is very long on the PS4, but never where the tracks just stop advancing entirely.

This should be fixed in an upcoming release

I have a similar problem on my WDTV Play. It does not advance to next track but repeats the same track over and over until I manually skip to next track.

SOLVED - 1.01 update fixed the problem, and it loads new tracks much more quickly. Thanks!
