Plex sever keeps crashing my QNAP

Remote users play media and within a few minutes the server crashes and reboots.

You have disabled debug logging and it is not possible to investigate issues without it

There is no evidence of any crash reports being generated. have you disabled crash reporting as well?

If the server stays up long enough, you can check settings / server / general / show advanced and ensure both of debug logging and crash reporting are enabled. Then restart the server and wait for next crash and get the logs zip on restart after that

Please also check network connectivity as there are errors logged relating to that

And one last thing - please install the latest beta which is 1.13.8

I ended up renaming the preferences.xml file and reconfiguring my Plex server. I did have logging turned on.
The server configured itself to a different external port. I opened that port on my cable modem/router and that seems to have solved the problem.
