Plex recognizes TV Show as Movies

I have added a TV show (Smiley’s People) to my TV Show library (they are not duplicated in my Movie library). With only one season, all six episodes are in a Season 01 folder, within the folder “Smileys People(1982)”. Each episode is names “Smileys People (1982) - s01e01 - Episode 1 (1982) 000p”, etc. This is the naming convention I have used successfully for all of my TV library, without issue.

For whatever reason, Plex recognizes each episode as an individual movie. If I attempt to fix the match, I am unable to switch the agent from Plex Movie to Plex TV. I have tried numerous fixes - included the TVDB series number (78246) in the title, added the apostrophe in “Smileys”, deleted and re-added the files, to no avail. Please, someone from Plex, help?

Plex doesn’t add movies to “tv show” libraries (and vice versa).

Please show your full path name (i.e. including all folders).

Don’t point libraries of the type “tv show” and “movie” to the same folder.
Always separate your content by type into different folders. Always point the “tv show” library to a folder which contains only tv shows. Vice versa with movies.
