Plex refresh automatically library anime series episodes metadata, matching changes on source(thetvdb)

Server Version#:
Player Version#:
Hi, sorry for long title

usually i match anime series with thetvdb using filebot for renaming

for example

code geass, the special for akito the exiled was like s00e37 and so on(total 5 special)

as you can see on 6th october

コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュ - TheTVDB.com

the series was modified and now akito the exile are s00e07 and so on

obviously my file name as unchanged over time, but plex, changed metadata of code geass special

when i check it this evening i found that my akito exiled titles was another thing because now s00e37 is "

Nunnally Diary - Episode 1"

コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュ - コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュ おまけFLASH「帰ってきたBABA劇場」 1 - TheTVDB.com

my anime library is set up as personal media shows and each anime is manually set up with the right show using the agent of my choice

two questions:

  1. how can i prevent plex to change metadata already set up? obviously if i decide to change naming of files matching thetvdb is a choice of mine…but i don’t want plex mess up things. If i have to add an episode that overlap an already taken episodes number i’ll fix it in that time, not before

  2. how can i track all changes made in the last 6 months? i think is impossible

Maybe is something related to scheduled tasks? i didn’t change anything on code geass series by myself

here an overview of my scheduled tasks option enabled : Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Refresh library metadata periodically is untick

maybe is Refresh local metadata every three days ? but based on task description:

If you add a new local subtitle or cover art file, the local media agent will pick this up and insert it into the library. This usually happens on-the-fly if the server has detected a change in the directory time. However, it adds a second or two when choosing an item in your library before it appears, so doing it at night ensures things are speedy during the day.

This setting does not download new metadata for your content.

is not that the case

Thanks for your help
