Plex refuses to get metadata for a TV show

Yes. The path should look like:

TV Shows\          <--- Whatever folder your library points to
     Star Wars The Clone Wars\
          Season 01\
               Star Wars The Clone Wars - S01E01 - Cat and Mouse [1080p].mkv

I just did quick test on my server to ensure that it works.
