I’ve been trying for quite a while now to get my Pokémon S01 sorted properly on Plex, but whatever I do, it keeps sorting it in the wrong order.
- I have removed the files and let it re-sync, but with no success.
- My files are named properly and sorted correctly.
- I have manually added metadata (with the use of MetaX) hoping that it’d help, but with no success.
- I have checked the series’ settings and made sure it was set to sort as ‘TVDB aired’, as that’s what I am following from TVDB.

Here’s a screenshot of the episodes in question. Everything up until episode 65 is perfectly fine. Though for some reason Plex won’t sort them properly from that point on.
Here is the result I get in Plex, regardless of what I try. You’ll see that S01E065 on TVDB in the screenshot is sorted down to E069, while my files are named and sorted accordingly to TVDB.
Anybody else with this issue? I honestly hoped that changing the ‘sorting order’ to ‘TVDB aired’ would help to no avail.
