I hope you don’t mind me sending this to you. It is some screen captures of plex settings which reflect a client accessing my server and the remote access showing no remote access. I also included a new log while the client is accessing my server. I really wish that I could be of more help to you and apologize for my lack of knowledge in this. For that screenshot and also the screenshot of remote access not being available, would need the time so that the relevant log file entries can be looked into
I do notice in the logs that Plex Relay
was being used for remote access - from Jul 11, 2018 18:19:30 to 19:19:1234:. Plex Relay would get started if the client cannot get through the server remote access route

Well looks like you have exhausted everything to try and correct the problem I am having. As is told you before my next step would be to reset my gateway back to its default settings and try again. I have also read on the forum that people have had luck downloading an older version of plex. Looks like version 1.13.2.5102 was the version that seemed to work for some folks. Any thoughts on doing that first (if I can get that download)?
Well the last set of logs were covering the time after the failure. So I would not count that as exhausting investigation
