PLEX remote access keeps disconnecting, bug?

I am just saying that saying there is an issue does not help identifying the issue and diagnostics are needed to investigate.

If remote access is dropping out, please make sure you run with debug logging enabled on the server - see https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/

Restart the server to get fresh logs created
When the problem arises, note down the time and get screenshot of any connection issues from plex apps.
For Plex for iOS, send the logs to your email address via settings / help & support / debugging / share debugging data / and select Mail and email to yourself

Attach both sets of zipped logs and screenshots and indication of when the issue arose

If the issue is only affecting Plex Web - enable web verbose logging, settings / web / show advanced / debug / enable verbose / save changes. Then try to reconnect by clicking on the Home icon and when it fails to get to the server, take screenshot and note down the time and save the web log through: settings / web / show advanced / debug / view log and select all and copy to text file and zip and upload with the server logs and screenshots
