same troubleshooting steps for you then… to what actual output did you perform those steps? have you been able to verify your manual port forward is working (e.g. using a service like canyouseeme.org )?

You don’t have to speculate… have you confirmed the port forwarding is still working and visible/accessible outside your home network? Many ISPs shift to more restrictive scenarios, e.g. transitioning to CGNAT to minimize the need for publicly routable IP addresses.

Same thing just started happening to my server after a year of working flawlessly. Unless we all have the ISP (telus) this is on Plex side.
