You don’t need both. Use UPnP (automatic ports) or a manual port forward. Personally, I prefer a manual forward as it’s easier to troubleshoot and less chances of interferences.
You can specify a public port of your liking (usually something in the range from 20000 to 50000). There’s no need to set the public port to 32400.
