I have been trying to set up Plex Remote Access dozens of times now and I am looking for somebody who can help me. I am based in Switzerland and use Sunrise GB Internet and have the server on my iMac Pro. I have tried the port forwarding etc but nothing seems to work.
Is there somebody who can DM me to help me or in this forum?
Help much appreciated.
A problem has been identified in 1.14.0.5465 that resulted in failure to map port through uPnP on some routers. A fix is being tested by a couple of users.It is an issue with some routers
This, however, does not affect manual port selection and port forward/
So would need logs to see what the issue is
Restart the server. wait 5 minutes. If remote access is not working, get the logs
