Remote Access Problem Just Started

Server Version#: 1.14.0.5465
I am running on a headless ubuntu server

I have been using Plex media server for a few years now and all of a sudden the remote access stopped working. I am not sure what caused this, here is what I have done so far in order:

Restarted the server - no change
update && upgrade - no change
Restarted UPnP in my router - no change
setup port-forwarding - no change
Upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04 - no change
Port-forwarding with external port 50000 - no change

I am not sure what to do at this point and need some help. I have attached logs and the database as well as some screenshots for your review. Thank you!

Plex Media Server beta 1.14.0.5468 was released yesterday, It has fixed two issues that impacted Remote Access
