Multiple times a day my tautulli software reports the thread title ( Plex remote access port mapped, but the port is unreachable from Plex.tv )
all connected streams immediately drop to 2mb connections
The fix is to simply log in to my plex, go to settings and click on the “remote access” option in the left hand menu. This immediately fixes the problem and all connections can now use full bandwidth.
I have confirmed the whatismyip of the plex server matches my router
the server has a static ip
the plex port is forwarded from the router to the servers IP, i have also tried with just UPnP
If there is any recommendations of things I can try I am all ears!
