Dear community,
I have a Plex server running on a NAS DS220.
I have some trouble though with the remote access.
Currently it says “Not availabla outside your network”. If I try to disable and then enable again the remote access, it turns green, says “Fully accessible…”, then after a few seconds it turns red again, with “Not available…”.
I am lost - any hints?
Thnak you in advance for any tips& tricks.

Ignore the remote access status indicator briefly showing as green/available… Plex is doing that while testing the remote access status.

When it comes to remote access, there’s a lot of different factors which can impact your setup. Some are under your own control, others not so much.
First off… there’s a dedicated support article on troubleshooting your remote access . I strongly recommend you have a look at that.

Review your internet access / remote access configuration
It’s good practice to review if Plex gets the correct public IP address…

In the meantime I found the reason - I had to enable uPnP on my router.
