Plex remote server connects for a few moments, then disconnects

I never trust DNS servers provided by ISPs.

I would recommend changing the DNS servers in your router to

9.9.9.9 (Quad 9)
1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare)
8.8.8.8 (Google)

HEY Thats a step in the right direction, Thats the fastest my server items have ever loaded on the webpage. and I seem to have stable access. HOWEVER, All my content is still showing as unavailable.

Is your media local to your plex server or on a network drive?

Everything is stored locally on the server.

On that item, press the … button and select Get Info and provide a screenshot of the Media Info window.

This actually doesn’t look to be Plex’s fault. upon getting home and looking at the PC. It appears my drive has went down.

I thought that might be the case.

Hey @nathanstorms! I got a new hardrive, everything has been running smooth as butter… until last Thursday. It appears Plex went down for everyone briefly according to the website. Ever since, I can’t connect. I can’t find the port on canyouseeme.org, nothing. From what I can see it appears none of my settings have changed… any suggestions?

Have you tried restarting your server?

Can you provide server logs ?

Sorry for the late reply. Overtime has been killing me and my soul. Attached is logs. I have restarted the server. No avail. I’m only able to access my content on the device that has the media stored. Can’t get anything on my local WIFI.
