Plex Removed own Media Server and cant reinstall and use own media

My plex account has just recently deleted my media server harddrives where they are no longer appearing on my plex account any more. when I go to add media again, The Plex App advises to download the Plex Media server to add my own content again. Ive attempted to redownload and run the Plex Server application, resarted the computer and unistalled and reinstalled the server application but still having issues. Im running latest Windows 11 and have had no issues with plex until now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated noting that I do know how to use computers and have been using plex for over 10 years, Im not a newbie to this sort of application.

Is it possible your server hasn’t been (re)claimed by you?
http://LAN.PMS.ip.address:32400/identity
should connect return XML if it’s up and running, where the entry

claimed="0" means it has yet to be claimed
claimed="1" means you've claimed it

Does the server appear in your Settings → Authorized Devices → Server ?

When resetting your account password after the recent vulnerability and letting it sign you out of all devices, part of getting everything working is signing in and (re)claiming.
