I turned on my Roku today and Plex told me that they are no longer supporting retro and turned on the new version of Plex. I had tried the new version a few weeks ago, and got the same errors as I did a few months ago when everyone was up in arms. It’s the same issue as before, the Plex app spins and spins at 13% and then is comes up with an error saying the video is an not a playable format. Mind you I was watching this movie yesterday on the retro app and it was working fine. Is there something I need to do to get this new app to work? I assume since you guys took away the old app this time the new one works, so some settings I need to adjust? A new server version? Please help. Thanks.
It looks like I have an available update for my NAS, Would you like to update the Plex Media Server to this new version?
