I have a server that is running several websites and I am trying to set up plex so set it to use port 32400 and ran the test which failed, everything is open and correct yet it keeps failing. I tested the connection to the server from a different network and works when using https but not using http yet I keep getting the not available, is there any way to fix this without allowing http connections?
I have done this the only difference being that I am using port 32400 instead of 50000.
I am currently using the NAS to host several websites with no issue and Plex external access even works, it just says it doesn’t in the plex network access settings
