Plex scanner ignoring episodes on disk

I’m having issues with Plex TV Series scanner picking up episodes when they’re in the folder. My current one I’m working on is Seinfeld. I got all of them in 1080p and decided to upgrade my 720p’s I had.

So I removed the old ones, cleared out the bundles and started fresh. But for some reason for season 07 and season 09 its just flat out not picking up a bunch of episodes.

I checked the folder that plex is looking for the episodes in and they are IN FACT there, and all the files are named correctly and are NOT corrupt.

Here is what plex is showing in the server side

I’m really at a loss. I’m a veteran plex user and have never had it just flat out ignore episodes like this. I tried deleting all the episodes and redoing it but it never works.

Open to any and all ideas and please let me know if I need to provide more info or logs.

Is there anything specific about those missing files?

What are the parent/enclosing folder names? Both Season and Show, please.

What is the “Cloud” icon on those files? Is there some cloud-magic-sync thing involved?

I ended up just erasing all the files and fully re-downloading them. This fixed it. No idea what quite went wrong, but thanks for the help all!
