Hey all, I’m at a loss here with the brightness of playback with the Plex player on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ tablet. When I stream something from my Plex server on my local network at the original quality, the screen dims significantly during playback. If I choose a transcode level even just slightly lower than the original quality the streaming is much brighter, example streaming at 14.4 Mbps original vs transcoded down to 12 Mbps. Anyone else seeing this issue? I even notice the screen dims when toggling between apps when playback is paused. So when I’m in my browser and go to the open Plex app, I’ll see the screen dim within half a second right away just switching back and forth.
