Plex Search: Title Not Found

I purchased the “Space Ghost & Dino Boy” BluRay. The release date for the DVD version is " December 5, 2017", but when I search for it, Plex search does not find it. How do I get this title added to the Plex Search?

That’s a TV show.
It has to be added to a Plex library of the type “TV shows”, with its files named and organized into a folder structure as described in https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-tv-show-files/
